1. Agreement

By installing, accessing or using Sudoku Duel, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Sudoku Duel is a Sudoku game that may include career progression, rankings, achievements, friends, challenges, online matchmaking, virtual Coins, optional advertising and optional in-app purchases. Features may change during development and after release.

3. Accounts and account security

The app may use a guest account and may allow optional account protection or sign-in through supported providers. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, email and platform accounts. Do not share passwords or authentication secrets with Devovia support.

You may not impersonate others, create accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate account deletion/recreation to farm rewards, or use automated means to abuse account systems.

4. Fair play and online conduct

You may not cheat, manipulate Sudoku results, tamper with matchmaking, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, interfere with another player, falsify reward/purchase callbacks, reverse engineer security controls where prohibited by law, or attempt unauthorized access to servers or accounts.

Sudoku Duel currently has no user-to-user chat feature. Friend and challenge functions must still be used lawfully and without abuse.

5. Ratings, matches and availability

Online results, ratings, matchmaking and match history are part of the game service and may be adjusted when required to correct technical errors, cheating, duplicate transactions or integrity issues. Network interruptions, maintenance and platform outages may temporarily prevent online play.

6. Virtual Coins

Coins are virtual game items. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be converted into money, cannot be transferred between players and do not represent a bank balance, investment or financial account.

Devovia may adjust or reverse Coins obtained through fraud, duplicate/replayed reward claims, invalid purchases, refunds/chargebacks or technical errors.

7. In-app purchases

Optional purchases are processed by the applicable store, such as Google Play or Apple. Store terms govern billing, payment methods and refund handling. Purchase identifiers may be verified by the Sudoku Duel backend to confirm entitlement and prevent replay.

Prices, taxes and availability may vary by country and storefront. Do not purchase virtual items unless you understand that Coins have no cash value.

8. Advertising and rewarded ads

The game may show advertising where permitted by consent, store and regional settings. Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only when the required completion/verification flow succeeds. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

9. Suspension or restriction

Devovia may restrict online functions, invalidate abusive rewards, suspend an account or take other proportionate action when reasonably necessary to protect service integrity, users, purchases, rankings or security, or to comply with law/platform requirements.

10. Account deletion

Players can use the in-app deletion flow and the web instructions at Sudoku Duel Account Deletion. Deletion may not erase records that must be retained for legal, purchase-integrity, security or narrowly defined anti-abuse purposes.

11. Intellectual property

Sudoku Duel’s software, original artwork, interface, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Devovia Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to the user.

12. Third-party services

Sudoku Duel may depend on Firebase/Google services, Google Play, Apple/App Store/Game Center, advertising providers and other platform services. Those services have separate terms and privacy rules and may be unavailable independently of Devovia.

13. Changes, maintenance and discontinuation

Features, balancing, rewards, ranks, prices and technical requirements may change to improve the game, comply with law/store rules or protect service integrity. Where legally required, material contractual changes will be communicated appropriately.

14. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Governing rights

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your country continue to apply. Any governing-law or forum language used for the public release will be reviewed so it does not improperly limit mandatory rights.
