Privacy Policy — Arrow Escape
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Arrow Escape mobile game, published by Devovia and developed by Ahmet İlhan.
It explains local game storage, platform services, advertising and analytics partners, purchases, consent choices, and user rights.

2. About the App and Accounts
Arrow Escape is a puzzle game involving arrows, timing, memory, virtual coins, boosters, missions, achievements, and leaderboards.
The app does not operate a Devovia account-registration system and does not request a name, email address, password, profile photo, or phone number for gameplay.
Apple Game Center or Google Play Games may separately use the player’s platform account when the user chooses or enables platform gaming services.
3. Locally Stored Game Data
The app stores gameplay and preference data on the device. This may include current and completed levels, stars, coins, lives, boosters, daily missions, streaks, ad-reward status, purchase entitlement status, sound settings, animation settings, and review-prompt history.
Devovia does not operate its own user-profile server for this information. On Android, supported progress may also be synchronized through Google Play Games Saved Games. On iOS, the current release stores game progress locally; Game Center is used for scores and achievements rather than Devovia cloud storage.
4. Online and Third-Party Services
Arrow Escape may use the following third-party platform and service providers:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising
- Google User Messaging Platform for advertising consent choices
- Google Play Games for Android achievements, leaderboards, and supported saved-game synchronization
- Apple Game Center / GameKit for iOS achievements and leaderboards
- Apple App Store / StoreKit and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and restoration
- Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads as advertising mediation partners where configured through Google Mobile Ads
- Meta App Events for limited gameplay, advertising, and purchase-event measurement when enabled and permitted
These services operate under their own privacy terms and may process data needed to provide their functions.
5. Advertising Data
Advertising providers may process device information, IP-based approximate location, advertising identifiers when available and permitted, app interactions related to ads, ad impressions, ad clicks, diagnostics, fraud-prevention signals, and technical information required to deliver and measure advertisements.
Depending on region, consent status, device settings, and partner configuration, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. A user can continue playing when personalized advertising or tracking permission is declined, although some advertising features may use limited contextual or fraud-prevention data.
6. App Tracking Transparency
On supported Apple devices, Arrow Escape requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before enabling advertiser-identifier collection or Meta advertising-event tracking that requires this permission.
If permission is denied, restricted, or unavailable, the app keeps Meta advertiser tracking and advertiser-ID collection disabled. The game remains playable. Users can change tracking permission later in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
7. Gameplay and Purchase Events
When the relevant service is enabled and permitted, limited events may include a level number, stars earned, virtual coins earned, rewarded-ad placement, ad type, product identifier, purchase amount, and currency. These events are used for app measurement, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and understanding feature performance. Payment card details are not received or stored by Devovia.
8. Data Not Requested by the Game
Arrow Escape does not request access to contacts, calendars, photos, videos, camera, microphone, precise location, health data, government identifiers, messages, biometric data, or files for its core gameplay.
The app does not contain chat, user-generated content, direct messaging, social posting, or a Devovia profile form.
Platform stores and advertising providers may independently process account, transaction, device, or network information under their own terms when their services are used.
9. Notifications
Arrow Escape may offer local gameplay reminders on supported platforms. Local reminders are scheduled on the device and do not require a Devovia push-notification server.
On iOS, promotional reminders are disabled in the current release until the app provides a separate, explicit in-app opt-in and opt-out control. Notification permission is not required to play.
10. Children’s Privacy
Arrow Escape is a general-audience puzzle game and is not submitted to the App Store Kids Category. The app does not knowingly request a child’s name, email address, phone number, precise location, photo, or other direct personal information.
The app does not include account creation, profiles, chat, direct messaging, or user-generated content. It may display third-party advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases, so parents and guardians should use platform parental controls, purchase controls, and advertising settings where appropriate.
If you believe personal information has been provided through an unexpected method, contact ilhan.ahmet246@gmail.com.
11. Purposes of Processing
Information is used as necessary to save and continue gameplay, manage virtual items and purchase entitlements, provide achievements and leaderboards, deliver and measure advertisements, grant optional rewarded-ad benefits, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical problems, comply with consent choices, and improve app stability and feature performance.
12. Sharing and Service Providers
Devovia does not sell users’ direct contact information and does not operate a data-broker business.
Information may be processed by Apple, Google, Meta, Unity, and advertising or platform-service partners only as needed for the integrations described in this policy. Data received by those providers is governed by their own policies and platform agreements.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect users or the app, or during a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
13. Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on the device until it is overwritten, reset, cleared, or the app is uninstalled. A debug-only reset control is not presented in production builds; users can remove local data through device app-data controls or by uninstalling the app.
Platform achievements, leaderboard entries, purchase records, advertising records, and Android saved-game data are retained by the applicable platform or service provider according to its own retention rules.
For questions or requests involving data controlled by Devovia, contact the address in this policy. For Apple, Google, Meta, or Unity account data, users may also need to use the privacy controls provided by that service.
14. Security
Arrow Escape uses platform-provided purchase, Game Center, Google Play Games, consent, and advertising SDKs rather than collecting payment credentials itself. Local game progress is stored within the app’s device storage.
No digital system is completely risk-free. Users should keep their device and platform account secure and should not share purchase or account credentials.
15. Choices and Consent
- Tracking permission can be allowed or denied through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and changed later in device Settings.
- Advertising-consent choices may be presented through Google User Messaging Platform where required.
- Personalized-ad choices can also be managed through device and platform advertising settings.
- Optional rewarded advertisements are initiated by the user.
- Game Center and Google Play Games availability depends on the user’s platform sign-in and settings.
- The app remains playable when tracking permission is declined or platform gaming services are unavailable.
16. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing controlled by Devovia. Users can delete local game data by removing the app or clearing its app data.
Requests may be sent to ilhan.ahmet246@gmail.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request, but we will not ask for unnecessary information.
17. User Responsibilities
Users must use Arrow Escape lawfully and may not manipulate purchases, advertisements, virtual rewards, saved progress, achievements, or leaderboard scores. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, automate, interfere with, or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Users are responsible for their device security, platform-account security, and reviewing the terms of third-party services they choose to use.
18. App and Service Changes
Devovia may update gameplay, levels, rewards, virtual items, advertising placements, integrations, prices displayed by platform stores, and technical systems to improve the app, comply with law or platform rules, prevent abuse, or maintain compatibility.
Material privacy changes will be reflected in this policy. These changes do not remove rights provided by applicable law or platform purchase rules.
19. Advertisements and External Destinations
Arrow Escape may display advertisements supplied through Google Mobile Ads and configured mediation partners. Ad providers control the creative content and destination shown after an ad is selected.
Ads may open an external website, an app-store page, or another third-party service. Devovia does not control the privacy practices of those destinations. Users should review the destination’s terms and privacy policy before providing information.
The app does not require a user to click an advertisement to access ordinary gameplay. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the reward described before the ad begins.
20. Internet Connection and Offline Use
Core puzzle gameplay and local progress can generally operate without a Devovia account. An internet connection may be required for advertisements, rewarded-ad verification, purchases and restoration, Game Center or Google Play Games authentication, leaderboards, achievements, Android saved-game synchronization, consent updates, and external legal or support pages.
If a network or third-party service is unavailable, the related online feature may be delayed or unavailable while local gameplay continues where technically possible.
21. In-App Purchases
Arrow Escape offers consumable virtual coin packs and a one-time non-consumable “Remove Ads Lifetime” purchase. It does not currently offer an auto-renewing subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Devovia receives purchase status, product identifier, localized product information, and information needed to grant or restore the purchased entitlement. Devovia does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Consumable coins can be purchased again, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the game. “Remove Ads Lifetime” removes banner and forced interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads may remain available for voluntary in-game bonuses. The non-consumable purchase can be restored through the same platform account where supported.
22. App Store Privacy Information
The privacy information shown on an app-store product page is intended to match the behavior of the current app and its third-party SDKs. Service-provider practices can change, so Devovia reviews product disclosures and this policy when integrations change.
Questions about a privacy label or a specific service can be sent to the contact address below.
23. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated for app features, advertising or analytics integrations, platform services, legal requirements, security improvements, or user-rights changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
