Terms of Service — Arrow Escape

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to the Arrow Escape mobile game published by Devovia and developed by Ahmet İlhan. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms.

2. Game license

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Arrow Escape for lawful, private entertainment. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, exploit, automate, or interfere with the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Gameplay and availability

Levels, missions, rewards, virtual currencies, boosters, balancing, advertising placements, and online integrations may be adjusted to maintain or improve the game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of advertising, Game Center, Google Play Games, purchases, or other third-party services.

4. Virtual items

Coins, stars, lives, boosters, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not legal currency, cannot be transferred outside the game, and may be used only inside Arrow Escape. Purchased consumable virtual currency does not expire because of an in-game timer, but local progress may be lost if app data is removed unless a supported platform backup restores it.

5. In-app purchases

Digital purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Arrow Escape currently offers consumable coin packs and a one-time non-consumable “Remove Ads Lifetime” purchase. It does not offer an auto-renewing subscription. The final localized price and payment confirmation are displayed by the platform before purchase. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules.

6. Remove Ads Lifetime

This purchase removes banner advertisements and forced interstitial advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available when a user voluntarily chooses to watch an ad for an in-game reward. The non-consumable purchase can be restored through the same platform account where supported.

7. Advertising

The free version may display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads clearly exchange a voluntary ad view for the reward described in the app. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

8. Platform services

Leaderboards, achievements, purchases, advertising, consent management, and optional platform backups may be provided by Apple, Google, Meta, Unity, or their service partners. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

9. Fair play

You may not manipulate scores, purchases, rewards, saved data, advertisements, Game Center, Google Play Games, or app communications. We may change or disable affected features to protect the app and other users.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it stable, but do not promise that every feature will always be error-free or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated for product, platform, legal, or security changes. The current version will be published on this page.
